Short answer: No. We can't edit run speed without a speed hack, and the super knife kukri mod was made by someone from this site and is still on the first page...

First Off....Fly/SuperJump Are NOT Mods. They Are Hacks. And Second. Don't Try To Give Away Something That Isn't Yours Those Superknife Mods Can Easily Be Downloaded From The Mod Section And They Were Created By Corndog
