Try doing criminal records, 1 lap, supers. Google it to find it on the map and then bookmark the job.

If you start the race with 1 or 2 opponents each time, there's a good shot that you'll win since the race is short and easy. After racing it 20-30 times you'll be pretty good, at least good enough to beat the 1 or 2 people who decide to join the race.
