Okay.
I got so confused when i was reading this posts.
There are some experts here.
So help me to understand.
Here is everything i heard.
1. Isis= Muslims that are following the Quran
2. Isis= Muslims that are NOT following the Quran.
3. Isis= A group of terrorists that are NOT muslims but using the the name to make the religion bad.
4. Isis= USA
5. Isis= Muslims that are payed and educated from USA
6. Isis= CIA
So yea.
Please tell me what would make most sense with proofs.

Completely agree with @Empire .
Muslims following the Quran literally. Things that were supposed to be taken figuratively, are being taken literally by ISIS.

There is no argument of "if you follow the quran = ISIS" but there is a very important note that Islam sets up groups of people for things like ISIS to happen.

They focus around religion for recruitment purposes not for Allah.
