wep hacking

Hello im new to this site and to hacking. My school just got new servers and a new wirless network with wireless access point in every classroom. This network has a WEP network key. Does anyone know how or have any sort of software to simple get the key. I dont want to mess anyting up or hack other computers i simply want to serf the internet in class on my pda.

Easiest possible way is to get on your teachers computer or whoever has a WEP key and get it. These keys are made so they are hard as fuck to hack.

good idea but if i go into the network config and find it its going to be stared or doted in xp plus its gonna be like 8 charecters when the real key is like 64 or 128
also i have a wireless nework with wep at home so i can test out anything before actually trying it

I think Cain & Abel has a wep cracker but can't be certain.

cain and abel does have a wep cracker
however ods are your school will log you accsesing the internet from the class room (my school does) and within a few days theyll figure out its you

the login file will register the wep key your using though....
