Combat Arms Windowed Mode
Info:
This is a Combat Arms Windower/Windowed Mode (for details see screenshots below).
System Requirements:
I've tested it on Windows 7 Ultimate RTM (Build 7600) 32-bit AND 64-bit.
It should work for all OS, 32-bit and 64-bit [XP, Vista, and Windows 7].
If your computer can run Combat Arms, windowed mode should make it run faster.
Instructions:
It comes with a Readme.txt.
Screenshots:
Virus Scan:
(False positives, it's just the way it's coded.)
FAQ:
First try disabling your firewall and anti-virus.
Also install .NET Framework 4.0 Beta 2.
Then install DirectX 9.0c (August 2009).
Download and put d3dx9_39.dll into your Combat Arms folder.
Lastly if all else fails, install all important and recommended updates on Windows/Microsoft Update.

No, due to it being able to avoid Virus scans, we are strictly against it.

This is another site's free new year's VIP hack. All the person did was edit out the username part of the ca.ini so it doesn't load the name. Therefore the hacks won't load. At least I think that's what it is.
Edit: Well I guess it's harmless now that the free VIP is over.
