eBay Refunding Digital Items

I've been scammed every time I tried buying Habbo items before, and lost my money. I've lost over £600, first trade was £450. Ended up taking me a month to get the money back as I had to file it through my bank as ebay and paypal were having none of it since it was a digital item

Pay with a credit card, do a chargeback - if you are scammed. If you aren't scammed, then there is no reason you should use this to scam someone else, giving them a nasty experience.

There are ways to bypass the PayPal digital item non-protection, but the above method works just as well.

How 2 bypass?

Ebay is easy it just require skills.

What is the best way of se, say a nice coat from an eBay seller (large turnover so not a n individual or small trader) report item as not describe/fake via paypal dispute or straight to card company with same reason?
