My computer > Top left; Add or remove programs> Find combat arms, look right abit theres a button that says remove/uninstall click it, and follow it.

This is not needed, you provided no help watsoeva. I count this as spam. If this happened after the patch try downloading a new manual patch, or just reinstall/uninstall if you have internet to waste.
