Shoot randomly then kill .lua script??

I played with two guys who had made an awesome script, that caused me to shoot randomly then die after 10 sec. I have no idea how to write something like that. Was wondering if it can be recreated in a simple lua?

well how did they do it? i know godmode is serverside and they were unable to do that without rcon. but i can see what you mean, is there any way to execute concomm on someone elses client?
