Just A Question. Please Help

i know runescape has ben out for about 15 years ive known about since like 2004 i just never played it or seen anything on it and im not really picky about the graphics on games but i did think with how popular it is they would put the graphics up just a little bit because it looks like n64 wwe player models (n64 is the shit btw) but my main thing is how the map dont preload wich causes it to stutter and shit for me and it gets really annoying i have a beast of a pc so i know its not the pc plus i recently refreshed my pc like 2 days ago so anyhelp tips etc would be great.
