It's not Refund service.

It's buying a product at cheaper price. You pay 50% upfront then 50% after.

It's 70% off on Microsoft products

I'm not saying he's a scammer, but I paid him some money, decided I didn't want to get anything from the microsoft store anymore, and then he refuses to give me my money back. He also hasn't contacted me since despite multiple efforts on my behalf to reach him.
