1.) offline against bots 2.) -insecure mode 3.) it has been over 24 hours
and I have a global cool down for being untrusted. I'm going to reinstall and see if that somehow fixes it. Any other tips? Or is this account done for?

Sadly when you're "Permanently Untrusted/Global Cooldown" it usually turns into a VAC ban.
