IIRC this serves as a "logging into their forums account or say, RATing them to gain access to their computer" rule (since things like TV and Join.me both require verification).

You're also implying someone might pay for a service but not allow someone to complete the service, which would put all blame on the purchaser. Either way, I find it laughable that someone might try to scam and say they paid but don't consent lmao.

Then again it's worded so vaguely as forums do as such it could be construed in a variety of ways.

It applies to any account, I'm just re-enforcing and interpreting the rule better!
