1.) You're dumb and obviously have no knowledge of this game or its engine
2.) You thought the print screen glitching trick was new. We were doing that wayyyyy back
3.) Yes, you can Copy+Paste the texture to a PNG and save it, BUT combat arms will NOT read that PNG if you put it back in the Rez files during texture modding. It HAS to be DTX
4.) Because of what is said above, Texture Mods in CA have to be done with DTX files and you have to follow the guide lines set by the original texture.
combat arms uses a VERY old game engine. It dates back to 1999 when it was released with a game called No One Lives Forever 2 created by Monolith Interactive. Great game engine, easy to tweak and mod, but its still nearly 20 years old and will that age comes limitations because companies like Doobic Studios, Nexon and many others are too lazy to change the entire game engine to support a new texture format that supports transparency because frankly... Just make a black box and put your stuff on top of it. That takes far less time.
Also, this game engine reads textures as they are mapped in the DTX image file just like most any other engine out there. There's no "smart" texture reading.
Also, this knife is probably from CS:Fail lol CA is dead.
