is there any way to change an account's password without using last name and birth day? Any help will be appreciated.

Nah, there isn't. You could always go to nexon.net then to customer service tab and log a ticket. All you have to say is that you forgot your bday and last name you put in and they might help you. Altho, they probably won't help coz that's suspicious.
