Simply put, if you use a name changer, can a player still look up your original, real user name via the R* socialclub? I'd like to be a little more "experimentive" with this mod menu I have and change my name for laughs but if players can just see my original username through Socialclub, then I find very little use for this and will have to still stick to my current low level modding strategy.

"It should show in the online players list in-game and via the pause > online menu too.
However, if someone clicks to view your profile, it's a pretty obvious tell-tale sign you're cheating, as it will show your real social club profile/ name."

Only when somebody goes onto your profile they will see your name. No wonder there was a kid named dicksucker1337 in my lobby. Wasn't me
