I only use glow esp because I can aim that well but yea,if you know how to hide it.You wont get untrusted.

Really nice cheat but the aim assist seems to activate when it really shouldn't. It sometimes thinks that an enemy is visible when they are not and starts to follow them which makes it really obvious to OW that I am cheating.

Run Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and then run the .exe. Join a match and use the menu that pops up to toggle the different features.
