You can't use hacked clients such as lucid, huzuni, wurst, nodus etc.... with forge mods. But there are some mods to use on pixelmon. There is gameshark. Google it and when u find it read desc to find out what it does. There is also minimaps to help for waypoints. And thats about it that i can think of.
