Hello, I was wondering what can you do with a cracked Amazon account? Also what can't you do

You can take anything recently purchased through the account and replace it(get the same item and get a replacement to your address)/refund it(get the money sent to you through a check/Giftcard). That's why you see user's buying accounts with the items they want as oppose to buying any account with any high value(though it can be made into profit as well).

Typically the purpose of cracking Amazon accounts or buying cracked accounts is to

a) use current balance on the account to gift themselves something
b) refund recent orders to AGC -> transfer agc or use agc to gift themselves something
