OK, so, some idiot on an auction webpage posted a picture with serial numbers, IMEI, ICCID's etc. (Samsung S7)
Is there anyway I could use this information to score a new phone for myself?
(I posted it here because there's way more traffic here than in the SE section, and I'd rather grab this before someone else does the same thing I'm thinking of, if it's possible)

I'm quite sure that livechat is out of the selection, as well as phonecalls, because they will ask you to send it in via the official company. Possibly if you could find a Samsung reseller and find out if you could get a "replacement" for your "broken" phone. The easiest way to explain that it's broken is by telling them that the display doesn't work. Make sure it's an online company and has a live chat option.
