XBox account purchasing question

So, I have bought a few accounts with games from different sellers. It has been a few months no problems have come up while using the games on the accounts. I recently did some snooping around to find out that these accounts have credit cards attached to them. The credit card info point to different countries. Just out of curiosity i tried purchasing something small on the xbox store like dlc. As I have thought it went through. Im just sitting there and thinking , how far can I go with this or is it even worth doing? Maybe someone with more experience could shine some info on this? As much as i gather the account is being created by the seller , most probably a stole/fished cc is added on the account and the account is sold. I guess why there is no reaction from M$ or the CC owner is either this is a one time action , as I have all the info changed on these accounts so they cant be used by anyone else. Though i think that the CC info still probably is re-used for other accounts and purchases.
