[REQUEST]def. weapon to pp-19 mod or mp7 mod

if anyone knows how to modify every single aspect like look, fire rate, recoil ammo n stuff, can u do this for me? make def. weapon into a real pp-19 mod, or mp7 mod so no one have to wait til that high ass lvl to get it
