I'd go with the first one, it is quite better, and the price isn't so different.
16GB RAM is a bit overkill imo.
Same with hydra, first one seems like a better choice.
I honestly think the second one you posted is better.
1st one for gaming
2nd one for productivity

@QLK why do you think so? @RiceAndDice I actually thought the first one was better for productivity as it has a SSD installed aswell

It doesn't mean that the performance will decrease. It doesn't matter what the version is there could be an i5 that is and insanely better than the i7.
Spend the 1300 and you can always just get more RAM later on if you really want to.
I would go for first one with reduction of RAM into 8GB
Go with the first one. Also i'm pretty sure i5/i7 have similar game performance so maybe get an i5 to save money and with the RAM, 8GB is fine and can upgrade in the future.
