Regarding Pixie as minion.

Pixie's an awsome guy, but his (in)experience in VB(if I remember correctly caused by not coding for quite some time) makes him less good in 'leading', which is something that this section could use(seeing as theres a whole lot of leeched projects).

Take for example why06, he's not the best there is when it comes to C++, but he has a no leeching policy, and if me or another member of the C++ section is able to confirm something was leeched, he WILL do something about it. When someone from the VB section leeches, its up to NextGen1 and Ugleh(sorry for naming only them, there's a few more awsome VB coders but I don't know you guys that well) to bust them, but once busted pixie sometimes doesn't seem to care, making a reply like 'this section has gone paranoid acusing everyone of leeching'(these are not his exact words, merely my interpretation of them) just because he is/might be a friend the poster.

My conclusion: He's an awsome guy but there are some things he might improve on, these are leech detecting skills and maybe he should get back into coding in VB to spice up his knowledge.
I wouldn't mind him as minion at all if he makes sure to read up, maybe he could ask advice from Ugleh or NextGen1 when it comes to leechers and how to handle them.

If pixie decides to get back into coding and make sure there will be less leeching around here my vote will be a big yes, if he decides not to I'm afraid all I can do is hope NextGen1 will become minion.

I think if pixie wants to keep being minion, he needs to be more active. He is not very active. NextGen is very active...and helps everyone out, because he knows much more than anyone else here on VB. Sorry pixie =/

Nextgen1 should be minion because:

- He knows alot more than all here

- He helps

-Got an awesome english

- Very Very Active

- Making great tutorials, even for me

Staying out of this vote for obvious reasons, just wanted to thank everyone for the "nomination"

I have said what I wanted to say to Pixie about this. What you all want to do is your own problem. If you kick Pixie someone else will need to fill the position. Whatever you do I think the foremost objective of a minion is to tend to his section, which means handling the needs of VB coders in this case.

That means helping other VB Coder learn VB, keeping out the rift-raft and generally bettering the community. And that is done best by a person who will listen to your needs. You can either give Pixie a chance to change or pick someone else. The person you pick however is never going to be the best choice. Minions have to interact between both other Moderators and their section. You need someone who can do both, but put you guys first, because I still think taking care of the section should be the highest priority. That's all I have to say on this. It's not my place to make a decision because its not my section. As such I suppose that would default to keeping things the way they are.
