Situation:
So recently my old laptop has been dying

Therefore I require a better and newer one! Not too keen on macbooks so I'm looking for a laptop which is gamer friendly. I stumbled upon this:
"
ASUS GL752VW 17.3 inch Notebook (Intel Core i7-6700HQ 2.6 GHz Processor, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 128 GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX960M Graphics, Windows 10)"
My Amazon History:
Full legitimate account with about 70 orders.
HOWEVER earlier this year I had an
Ipad Air 2 128gb refunded which cost £468 (had it delivered to an amazon locker).
Since then I have purchased 12 different items over the span of 3 months, last week I moved house and have since ordered 6 items to the new address.
I was thinking if it would be possible for someone to help refund this laptop for me (at new address) but with the SAME card (as I do not have any other card).
Extra info:
After refunding the Ipad Air 2 I received a
CIS email

, I responded and handled the situation fairly well blaming my lack of trust in the amazon locker and how I've always been satisfied with having home delivery but never with the locker for which they then responded with...
"Your account remains open and available for your use.
We're concerned about the activity on your account and want to do all that we can to avoid the inconvenience you experience having to make frequent and possibly avoidable refunds for the items you purchase from Amazon.co.uk.
Rest assured that no action has been taken on your account thus far; you're still able to place orders and, if necessary, return items to us. This warning was sent because we want to better understand the activity on your account and learn how to improve your shopping experience."
I do not know if they will look back at this and see if they will bring it up.
Questions before hire:
> How safe am I to be doing this after already completing a £468 refund
as well as receiving an
CIS email (but resolved)?
> How successful do you think a pretty good refunder could complete this order?
> Could the authorities or carrier be involved? (I live with my parents&family still so Im a little scared)
> How much of a risk am I taking? -----> Spending pretty much £1k of my money in hopes of receiving £900 of that back..
> Are there any other laptops that can compete with this one that COULD save money
