Im not sure if anyone has made this before
This gives the M16A3 the extremely high RoF which the Scorpion has.
I would recommend this mod since its great for small maps and M16A3 and Scorpion have almost the same damage.
So here it is

M16 mods with high rate of fire are actually pretty good. I got a multikill with m16-p90 easily

Nice mod. But don't triple post, just message a minion and they will approve the download next time.
