MFC71.DLL Help please

Ok, so when I try to open CA from their website a small box appears and says "This application has failed to start because MFC71.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Any advice/options? Here is a picture of what happens.

If you're trying to inject a hack, try CA without it. If that's the name of the hack dll file, then it's detected. if you're trying to start CA clean and that's happening, try reinstalling CA. If it still happens, do a cclean, an Spybot scan, a virus scan, a disk error check, defrag your harddrive, update your drivers, winows update, cry to your mom, have sex with 3 women over 30, pay your taxes, get a shot of penicillan from the doctor, and sacrifice a live chicken while reciting the spell.

Download the program. Do not do the scan... It already fixes the
problem.

Start Combat Arms by direct.
The .Dll has nothing to do with it.
But if that doesn't work.
Download MFC71.dll and place it in your System32 folder.
