Most likely means that your Firewall is blocking Nexon.
Nah, I think its just login server problems, keep trying and you'll log on eventually

See I reinstalled, rebooted. and ca worked, but then im getting it once again later. Im using faith injector with editedpubs, maybe the hack is messin it up or something

The error you speak of, is when Nexon can't connect because either your firewall is blocking it, or your using a program like hotshield.
All you gotta do it turn off any programs that hide your IP activity (hotshield, etc), and check your firewall to make sure CA is on your exceptions list. Then give it a try again.
It should work like new again.
