Toggling Checkbox with a Key?

Hey guys!

I am currently working on a tool, where I can check my checkbox with godmode, but I figured out, it would make more sense to use keypresses to toggle the function.

Since I am new to coding, how would I be able to do that?
Toggle it via Checkbox & Keypress?

Yeah I code with C#. I don't understand that topic though.
