So I'm curious, is this for private matches or what? Because from what I read, MW2 has VAC, which I know from personal experience VAC and CE don't go well together.

No. You can still play online even with a VAC ban, so take advantage of it

Btw how do I use this D:

1 - Start Modern Warfare 2
2 - Open Kyoo Table V1.2 in (CE)
3 - Select your process as iw4mp
4 - Go in to private or public lobby, recommend using lobby tools and forcing host
5 - Choose what you want No Reload = 0.0001 (639C144) (Value...)
6 - In the value section replace the original value and replace it with 0.0001 or 0

There for no clip values (normal - 0, UFO 1, no clip, 2, freeze 4)
