I have gotten rep 2 times and I am still at 10 rep? Shouldn't I be at 12?

Mine currently is at 60.
Only members with reputation power can increase your rep count.
If the reputation received has a gray icon next to it, means it has no power and will not increase your count.
Reputation power is determined by the amount of posts the user has.
