What to do about ban?
So i used a mod menu on my ps3 and got some money on it and lvl 8000 and when i purchased gta v on my pc i used the same account and i got banned instantly and i understand why but after the 2 week ban i got instantly banned again and all of my money and everything was still there and shouldnt rockstar remove your money or something so you dont get banned again? i've tried making a ticket but they arent responding so what should i do ? my pc is 100% clean , made a fresh windows 7 install before i played gta v and when i played on my friends acc (on my pc) he also got banned and i didnt do anything there. So what should i do ??
You can wait out the ban, register a new product key to start a new account, or contact Rockstar Support directly.
Please note that contacting Rockstar is likely to take some time to have your matter resolved. By the time a Rockstar associate resolves you situation, the time period for ban will likely have expired.
