I believe they "fixed" all the current ways to change bloodpoints. The cheat engine, bypass EAC thing doesn't work anymore. Pretty sure they changed their values and what not. Only way left is by changing your save file, but that has been proven risky now.
It still works if you are having issues try the following.
1. restart the game.
2. load CE and input intitial bloodpoint value.
3. Spend some blood points if none of the first values have changed.
4. Spend some more and check again.
Sometimes the memory addresses will not change from the original value until you spend multiple bloodpoint circles.

Don't know what you're talking about. I did it last night and it works just fine.
