Please note that non-admin plans will not allow you to install programs or perform any actions that require admin privileges on the server. Also note that you're sharing your VPS with dozens of others so your bandwith and speed might be affected.

Not to sales trash but this seller is 100% not telling anything to you. You literally cannot download and install anything on the server, unless u submit a request. They dont even give u admin access meaning all u can do is make do what u have.. I have the website he is reselling from and i guarantee you, your going to regret it as there will be more than 10 people using the Server, not only u. In my opinion, i think the seller should make this clearer and what u can do and cannot do. until then, he will give a crappy RDP server.
