Custom Pet Skins

So. A while back, I remember someone having custom pets skins. I think it was TedOhBear or someone. I've asked some random people. They either didn't know or didn't respond. With custom skins i mean like. For example. The Lod blue dragon. You use his skin as your pet skin that you change in Heidisql. I just don't remember where i get the pet id. Could someone help? I might remember something that I got from PKTINOS, and it might work. So if it doesn't any help would be great.
