After ban process before buying rust again. Please help

Hey guys, used to play rust a while ago and got banned for hacking. I know that if i just delete the game, buy it again and download it again i will get banned again on the new account. What is the correct process to go through before buy rust again, legitly, so I dont get banned on my new account???? Please help, I will be greatful.

This happened to me before just clear your user and login list and you should be fine.
