console commands

I have been playing with the console for a while now, but I cat find a console command for custume exp. like one kill gives you 1000 exp... anyone knows a command for this?

follow these steps (i THINK) :
1.be host
2.write on console command scr_(mode of game EXAMPLE : dm , war)_score_kill "(number of EXP u want)"
3.write again ma_restart

thats it.....

if i write scr_xx_score_kill "xxx"

in game says: cmd scr_xx_score_kill command doesn't exsist, infact if i write map_restart it doesn't work ç_ç
