Need help with scope modding please!!

Which files in GUNS_M_PV_OPTION affects all the scopes no matter which gun (except for snipers). I mean by that is put any scope on any gun and it works. I use hex Edit. I'm trying to make all the scopes holosights so which files do i hex Edit that with?

What do you mean? I want it for every gun like that mod where the person turns every red dot scope mount for any gun to an itech and also turns the aug a1 and g36e scopes itech. If you know could you give me a little tut or instructions on how to do it?

i just redid a mod because my old modified file was missing new scopes after patch/

all red dot scopes to sniper scope

this was done in the 'ui_hud_info' file
just extracted and copied good sniper crosshair 4 times,
renamed to each of the red dot

Its like you didn't even read the thread, and Sphearow, if you want to change it for different guns, they have different names, like M is M4 an M16, MP is MP5 and MP7, and so on.

Nevermind I figured it out so im thanking rsswifi, soso and iR4wr for their help.

that was a short explination i made.
when i said rename' that means take the copies you made of the scope you like.. and rename these to all the scopes you want to change.
also if he is wanting to do scope modifications it is in the ui_hud_info file i noticed he was asking about the GUNS_M_PV_OPTION thats why i posted th link to my scope mod, it involves the ui_hud_info file, i thought he might look at it and may help.
