Account banned for scripting

I have lots of friends who use scripts with no problems but I used it for 1 game and this morning I find out that I was perma banned...
I'm trying the story of using cheat engine on other game while playing league , will it work?

And is there anything else I can try?

I was perma banned and they told me there was nothing that could be done.
You could try unban service, but it's not guaranteed.
