Failed to get player data from server, possible solution!

I reinstalled first, then I took a VPN and start the game. Seeing that It worked, I turned off the vpn and entered with my real ip and it worked. (PTC LOGIN)

you have to activate your account with the email from ptc, i think than you can get back to game got the same problem but forgot my email haha

Having google account have its benefits. I recommend create google account if you are not far in game (Lv10+).

i v git 2 google acc 1 was bot and now iv got this Failed to get player data from server , on second one i login normal, game was reinstaled no help ;/

Ye tried it yesterday with no luck, plus I thought changing your IP had no result in un-banning your account anyways (that's if permanent banned), because I've read in a article stating that changing your IP with permanent ban doesn't do anything , but there again there is no harm in trying different various methods

What worked for me was just changing ip. I'm using hotspot shield elite. I think I'm just lucky lol

Don't even bother with this method. After your account has been perm banned Niantic wipes your players data completely from its database. I just made a fresh account and named it the same name as my banned main which was level 36

I purchased an account other day and tried changing it to the same name as my perma banned account and it wouldn't let me have the same name, does this mean my original account as not been deleted

For sure not been deleted because Niantic just flag ,some case trainer submit appeal because their legit account and Niantic unbanned.

Not true. YOur data stays. After my false perm ban, my pokemons were in the gym. After 24 hours I still can't use the nickname. Niantic does NOT remove your data. Why else have a appeal form if they jsut wipe your data?

i think they will all the account who get the error be reset, after CAPTCHA ROBOT will come with the next update.. After the end of Bot..
