crossfire problem!

hey everyone , i dont know if this post belong to here but i think i downloaded a sirus virus witch still effect after i got a new windows,
here is the resaults of the virus file:Virustotal. MD5: 5507e694160ea41086e70a74c1d08384 Trojan.Generic.IS.436223 Trojan.Generic.IS.436223 Trojan:Win32/Oficla.H
i downloaded the file from my email, the smap folder
please tell me how bad is that virus and how i can get it off

if u done that and it doesnt work then format ur pc
