playing on cracked servers

hi there i playing on cracked server because i get vac banned.
Now i have often that problem that the private servers kick me out from games to.
Is there anything that i can do to save me from a kick on a private server ?

the users are kicking you out with their consoles because you are blatantly hacking. dont use an aimbot just wallhack and dont be blatantly obvious about shooting people thru walls in the head and u should be fine

i think i got VAC banned because when i start the game a console comes out and a small window saying hack detected
