VCC to verify PayPal
Why do people use VCC's to verify their PayPal accounts? What is the point?

Or they are using a stealth account.. Accepting dirty funds, etc. Also underage is a big one.
If you don't verify it, it'll take a lot less time for your account to be shut down.
Using a VCC helps keep your dirty account alive for a little longer.
