Best places to bot?

Do you guys know where the best pokemon spots are? I'm looking to catch good ones like Dragonite or Snorlax

Area 51 , People living there are elite Pokemon hackers , they can hack Mewtwo anytime , so if u wait long enough , u can snipe MewTwo XD
