Warrock Help Plz!!!

I have a warrock prob. i start game,login, and try to pick servers. it will crash! I have tried changeing it to all the comp types like windows 2000 and ext. i really need elp it won't even let me reinstal! i am NOT hw banned BTW!

change your IP. I don't know why it would do that
