So, I receive an permanentlyuntrusted notification A few days later it turns into a VAC.
Would this mean the cheat is detected | or | do you just automatically get a VAC when your account is permanently untrusted and the cheat IS NOT detected

Depends what cheat. It could be detected or it could be because
, there are more than fakedown and teleport, like a FoV too high , problems with aimbot , bypassing sv_cheats etc
