Whyw i cant post attachments ?

Hi guys.Could you help me with this problem?
I know .. When i start the threat I need to scroll down and it says Manage Attachments... BUT I DON"T GOT THAT OPTION!!!
"You may not post attachments"
Why ? Please Help

No , I don't got the email verify on yahoo mail.

yahoo can be troublesome sometimes cuz email never comes and so use hotmail or gmail
