Titles and Emblems

Is there a hack where you can download all the titles and emblems or does the 10th prestige hack do that?

Use playerstats editor by Krazyreus or whatever his name is, you can select what titles and emblems you want unlocked. First use EAM (by Blackdove) to export your stats, then open the stats with Playerstats edtior, after setting everything you want, click Save and reimport your stats and your done

Try Code.Slice's Megaunlocker. I've used it, and it works well. However, I used it on 1.0.182, so I'm unsure about whether or not it'll work on 1.0.184, if you're on that version.
