You have to upload it to MPGH. And use two virus scans.

scroll down after u hit edit then go advanced u will see Upload attachment or watever click that then browse then upload..simple xD i like it

He must have 50 posts before attach a file to mpgh ....

Well then I suppose he will have to get his virus scans and ask approval for an outside like by a minion or mod.
