How rep works? MPGH

I have been trying to know that how this rep system works.My reputation is still 10 but i see many other people with 1k+ reputation. How do i get rep? Also when i give rep to someone his rep doesn't increase i don't know why

I tried finding much but there isn't a lot on mpgh. Would appreciate that you make a page for all ranks, rep system etc.
