MW3 Local Dedicated Server for Bots

Hello all,

I feel like I'm extremely late to this party, but any way

I have been trying to get a local dedicated server up and running to play MP with bots. I found a few posts on other sites, but I cannot get it to work. Not sure if its outdated files with latest version from Steam or what. If anyone could point me in the right direction to get this setup, I would greatly appreciate the assistance!

Adding a quick update.

I believe I have everything setup correctly, issue is that I cannot see my own server, hosted either on my pc or another pc on my local network. All the noob stuff has been checked, firewall blah blah stuff of course. Here's where it gets weird tho, while ports are forwarded, it will show up as an Internet server, cannot connect tho get reject error, but will not show up on LAN.

Again, any help here would be greatly appreciated.
